Im städtebaulichen Entwicklungsbereich Berlin-Adlershof wurde auf dem Grundstück Rudower Chaussee – Hermann-Dorner-Allee im Rahmen der Bebauung des Campus „Am Oktogon“ das Bürogebäude B5 errichtet. Das siebengeschossige Gebäude ist ein eigenständiger Solitär und weist eine Büronutzung mit Sanitärbereichen, Teeküchen, Kopier-/ Server-/ Archiv- und Besprechungsräumen auf. Die Raumaufteilung erfolgt gemäß den Anforderungen der Mieter, unter Beachtung des erforderlichen Schall- und Brandschutzes. Die innere Erschließung des Gebäudes erfolgt über ein in der Gebäudemitte angeordnetes Treppenhaus. Das Treppenhaus erschließt alle Etagen. Das Gebäude wurde nach dem Zertifizierungsstandard des U.S. Green Building Council errichtet und nach Fertigstellung das Zertifikat LEED-Gold erhalten. In the urban development area of Berlin-Adlershof, the B5 office building was constructed on the Rudower Chaussee - Hermann-Dorner-Allee site as part of the development of the "Am Oktogon" campus. The seven-storey building is an independent solitaire and has office use with sanitary areas, tea kitchens, copying/server/archive and meeting rooms. The room layout is in accordance with the tenants' requirements, taking into account the necessary sound and fire protection. The internal access to the building is via a staircase located in the centre of the building. The staircase provides access to all floors. The building was constructed according to the certification standard of the U.S. Green Building Council and was awarded LEED Gold certification upon completion.
